Eligibility for a Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you meet both of the following conditions:

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the
following circumstances:

Requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase

Requests from customers who have not engaged with the core materials

Purchases made in error where the product description was clearly stated at checkout

Cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the refund policy

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The credit will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
